These are the Terms and Conditions of Hire of Equipment from Bounce Hire Ltd

Please read them carefully - by paying your deposit online you are signifying that you accept them.

Delivery, set up and payment of any outstanding balance

Please ensure the delivery driver has free and easy access to erect the inflatable / pieces of equipment onto a clean flat area.  Please be advised that if we arrive and there is insufficient space or the area is unsuitable (e.g. sloping or unclean),  full payment still has to be made.  If a working electrical point is not available within a distance of 35m you must inform Bounce Hire at the time of paying your deposit.

All pieces of equipment are checked on delivery - you must let the driver know if they are not in a good, clean condition before you first use them.

The driver is to be paid the outstanding balance in cash (if applicable) upon delivery of the unit.

Collection

Only our delivery driver is authorised to collect the inflatable / pieces of equipment and under no circumstances should any of the equipment be handed over to anyone other than our delivery driver.

Cancellations

Late cancellations are to be charged at the rate of 50%.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time, i.e. in really bad weather or safety reasons.  We will always let you know as soon as possible if this is the case and will discuss with you options for re-arranging your booking.  With the exception of these circumstances, deposits are non-refundable.

Use of bouncy castles

ADULT SUPERVISION IS NECESSARY.  You “the Hirer” must ensure units are staked down at all times.  Stop any horseplay.  Do not use in high wind or very bad weather.

Any child taller than the inside wall is not permitted to use it.

No signs are to be glued, taped or hung onto the unit at all.

You must ensure that there is adequate adult supervision at all times when the inflatable is in use.  The unit cannot be left unattended, and if hired out overnight, the unit along with all accessories is to be stored indoors. If an additional cover is supplied by us, it must be used to protect the equipment when it is not in use.

Children must remove their shoes before using the inflatable and must be prevented from climbing up the walls/barriers of the unit.  Food, drink, drinking glasses belts and pets are forbidden on all the units. No children who have been face-painted can use the inflatable due to the makeup staining the units.

Extreme caution is to be taken with extension cables, (which are to be taped down and untapped at the end of the hire by the hirer) and the electric blower.  The blower is NOT to be covered with anything.

The safe amount of children on an inflatable at any one is as follows:

4.5 x 4.5 Metres (15’ x 15’) = 8 max

3.6 x 4.2 Metres (12’ x 14’) = 6 max

3.3 x 4.5 Metres (11’ x 15’) = 6 max

4.2 x 2.4 Metres (14’ x 8’) ball pond = 5 max

4.8 x 4.2 Metres (16’ x 14’) = 6 max

5.7 x5.7 Metres (19’ x 19’) slide = 4 max

Damage and injuries

Bounce Hire accept no responsibility for any damage or injury whilst our equipment is under hire to you.

The Hirer is responsible for safe keeping of the inflatable / pieces of equipment and you will be charged for any damage caused to it or for any items missing from it on its return. Equipment returned in a dirty condition will be subject to a cleaning charge.

Any damage / cleaning costs will have to be paid for by the hirer named on the agreement.
